Jem Marquez is reducing her Colombian accent. The muy caliente actress, and newly minted legal permanent resident, took a leap of faith moving to the US. Her manager, Seth Greenky at Green Key Management, tells us, "Her accent is softer and easier to understand than fellow Colombian Sofia Vergara on ABC's 'Modern Family,' but I still have her enrolled in accent reduction class to make finding roles a bit easier." Observed one wag, "Even Arizona would let her in."
