Fast National ratings for Friday, May 7, 2010
CBS once again claimed victory for a quiet Friday ratings-wise. It had competition from ABC, however, in the 18-49 adult demo.
The season premiere of NBC's "Friday Night Lights" returned with soft ratings, but ABC's premiere of "Primetime: What Would You Do?" won the adult demo for its hour.
CBS drew 6.6 million viewers and a 4.3 rating/8 share in households for the evening, ABC was next with 5.3 million and a 3.5/7, followed by NBC (4.8 million, 3.1/6), FOX (3.2 million, 2.0/4) and The CW (1.5 million, 1.0/2).
ABC and CBS tied in the adult demo with a 1.6 rating each. FOX had a 1.3, NBC a 1.2 and The CW, 0.6.
