LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Lionsgate has sold box office champ Sylvester Stallone's "The Expendables" to Spike TV, which will air the mercenary thriller in April 2013.
The film, whose lineup also include Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren and Eric Roberts, earned $34.8 million during its first weekend of release in North America. Spike, which targets young men, earlier picked up the rights to "Kick-Ass."
