Jennifer Aniston has obtained a restraining order against a man accused of traveling across the country to meet her, The Associated Press reports.
Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner David A. Cowan on Monday ordered Jason R. Peyton not to contact Aniston for three years.
Aniston was granted a temporary restraining order against Peyton on July 20 after police detained him. Peyton repeatedly showed up at Los Angeles area locales looking for the 41-year-old Friends actress and was found with duct tape, a sharp object and love letters addressed to her, according to police.
Peyton, who has not been charged with a crime, is on an involuntary monthlong psychiatric detainment.
A call to Aniston's attorney was not immediately returned.
