After surviving a club fire, a tornado and a block party plane crash, Desperate Housewives will next be rocked by an earthquake that'll unleash prehistoric creatures on Wisteria Lane! Just joshin'. Seems series creator Marc Cherry realizes he's run out sweeps stunts and is getting back to basics.
"I'm not doing another big gimmicky natural disaster this year; I'm trying something different," reveals Cherry. "My big cliffhanger right before we take our Christmas break will have to do with Paul Young. He has a plan for destroying the neighborhood. There will a shocking cliffhanger that effects everyone's lives, and then right before February sweeps, we're going to kill off one of our characters." You know he wishes he could take out Edie again.

This is one of the masterpieces of the TV shows from Mark Cherry - its enigmatic, it's
bizarre, and it's deep. Don't think of it as just another Melrose Place; go beyond the
superficial to see the depth of the issues the show talks about. It's really well written, you can't help but not love the acting, and the show itself has become a major influence over the years. It's gotten high ratings consistently, and has even won a couple of awards. They're well deserved! Watch the Desperate Housewives Season 7show and you'll know why.
