Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino may have landed in the sexy arms of Dancing with the Stars pro Karina Smirnoff, but that doesn't mean the Jersey Shore star — and self-proclaimed ladies' man — will have a shot at getting cozy with her off of the dance floor.
"Mike doesn't have any game," Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi told PEOPLE at the Video Music Awards Sunday, when asked if her costar has a chance at hooking up with Smirnoff. "He thinks he does, but he doesn't. Karina's just going to run away."
Even Sorrentino's partner-in-crime, Paul "Pauly D" Delvecchio, thinks Smirnoff will be tough to pursue. "That's going to be a challenge for him," he says. "I know he likes the challenge."
Ronnie Magro adds, "He can try to hook up with her. For her sake, I hope he doesn't."
Either way, Sorrentino's costars say they are going to get a kick out of seeing their ab-flashing pal try to waltz his way to the Disco Ball trophy. "I want front row tickets for that show," Delvecchio says. "He should do good. They teach you, right?"
Polizzi is looking forward to watching Sorrentino shimmy, but for different reasons. "I'm definitely excited for Mike to do Dancing With the Stars, but I know he can't dance," she says. "So yeah, good luck Mike."
