ABC has pushed upcoming series Body of Proof to midseason, Variety reports.
Starring Dana Delany as a medical examiner who helps investigate suspicious deaths, the series was set to debut on Fridays at 9/8c this fall. The network has decided to delay it's debut in order to find a stronger timeslot.
Fridays have been a mixed bag so far this season. The Tom Selleck-led crime drama Blue Bloods has led the night, drawing 12.8 million viewers for its premiere. But production was halted earlier this week on Outlaw after the Jimmy Smits vehicle failed to draw viewers on Friday.
