Good looks only take you so far - and PJ Stock and his partner Violetta Afanasieva hit their limit on Monday's episode of Battle of the Blades.
The tasty twosome was eliminated during the CBC skateoff's results show after landing in the Bottom 2 with Ekaterina Gordeeve and Valerie Bure - aka the Russians, aka the Judges' Favourites. And sure enough, Sandra Bezic, Jeremy Roenick and Ken Daneyko's votes for Katia and Val and against PJ and Violetta were unanimous - and the Russians squeezed through again, just as they did last Monday against Georges Laraque and Anabelle Langlois.
Low scores and, well, that whole elimination thing aside, Stock gets points for enthusiasm, flamboyance (it takes a real man to wear a tight, red tie-dyed T-shirt), and of course, those good looks.
