Glee star Cory Monteith is coming home to host the Gemini Awards next month.
The Calgary-born, Vancouver-raised actor -- who plays singing quarterback Finn Hudson on the hit TV series -- is all set to emcee the 25th annual Geminis.
"My mom is so excited!" Monteith said in a statement.
The Gemini Awards, honouring the best in Canadian TV (which Glee is not -- it originates on Fox and also airs on Global), will air live on Global and Showcase on Nov. 13. For a list of nominations, see www.geminiawards.ca.
