Katie Lee writes more than just cookbooks. Having learned how to surf in Montauk, the ex-wife of Billy Joel has just turned in the first draft of her debut novel, "Ground Swell," to Simon & Schuster. "It's about a young woman who learns to surf, and it transforms her life," Lee told us. "There is quite a bit of me in there. I did learn to surf. I wouldn't say I'm Kelly Slater, but I'm ok. It is wonderful surfing in Montauk."
