Kevin McKidd will take the director's chair for an upcoming Grey's Anatomy episode, TVGuide.com has learned.
McKidd, who plays Dr. Owen Hunt on the ABC medical drama, will helm Episode 13, slated to air in early February.
The 37-year-old actor directed the Grey's Anatomy webisodes on ABC.com, and has been shadowing various directors on the set recently to get the scope of what the job entails.
