ABC staffers are whispering about why Robin Roberts continues to wear high heels to tower over her diminutive co-host every morning on "Good Morning America." Roberts, who's 5-foot-10 -- almost 4 inches taller than George Stephanopoulos -- refuses to wear flats. "It's a sign of power," an insider claimed. Stephanopoulos, who joined the show less than a year ago from "This Week" after replacing Diane Sawyer, hasn't been well-received by Roberts, the source said. Stephanopoulos brought in JuJu Chang, a friend of his wife Ali Wentworth, to act as another host, and an insider says Roberts sees her as a threat. But a rep for ABC said, "I spoke to each of them -- they laughed at the absurdity of your item and agree that the only thing higher than any heel in Robin's closet is your source."
