Brett Favre may not have been in violation of the NFL workplace code of conduct, but Alec Baldwin's Jack Donaghy probably wouldn't fare so well in the real world.
CNN's Marquee reports that according to a recent study by Global Compliance, some of our most beloved shows are in constant ethical violation of workplace conduct.
Leading the pack? NBC's "30 Rock," averaging 11 violations per episode.
Hot on their heels is "Grey's Anatomy" with seven violations, followed by "CSI" and "House" with six apiece. Other shows receiving a wag of the finger include "The Office," "NCIS," "White Collar," "Ugly Betty" and "Glee."
Global Compliance is an organization which aims to help companies achieve the highest level of ethical behavior. Let's just say, we're not entirely shocked that they don't appreciate Michael Scott's managerial skills.
