Morton Downey Jr. -- the chain-smoking TV talk show host who paved the way for Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck -- has been immortalized in a documentary, "Evocateur," due next year from Ironbound Films. The trailer shows Downey, who died of lung cancer in 2001, warning, "For you limousine liberals out there, here comes your worst nightmare." In clips from his TV show, Downey screams, "Sit down, you fat [bleep]!" and "Hang the creeps by their [bleep]." When an interviewer tells him, "You have been described as a wiseguy who pretends to be a right-wing maniac. What do you find offensive in that statement?" Downey answers, "The word 'pretend.' "
