David Munk is done with divas. Munk, who helped manage stars including Cher and Natalie Cole and is now on the new Sundance Channel reality show "Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys," says he's relieved not to be working in the music business any longer. He also runs SoHo vintage boutique Chelsea Girl with friend Elisa Casas. "Thank God the record business died," Munk told us. "I was miserable and didn't know it. This is the first job I've had in 20 years where I'm not that guy on the street screaming, 'Where's her [bleep]- ing car?' "
