THAT young evening-wear designer Alexandra Vidal is celebrating after Bergdorf Goodman picked her up for spring and put one of her dresses -- an ivory, ostrich feather, beaded corset gown -- in the store's lavish Christmas windows. "It was the best Christmas present a young designer could ask for," she told us.
