City mice—turned—country cutup couple Josh Kilmer-Purcell and Dr. Brent Ridge return for Season 2 of The Fabulous Beekman Boys (Tuesday, 10/9c, Planet Green), the laugh-out-loud look at their lives on an organic farm in upstate New York. Fabulous, indeed!
TV Guide Magazine: What are you two up to this season?
Josh: We thought it'd be a nicer, sweeter show, but we actually amped up the drama.
TV Guide Magazine: Brent, you're running the farm during the week while Josh works in Manhattan. How's that?
Brent: I can handle anything.
TV Guide Magazine: But it'd be nice to have him around...
Brent: I didn't say that.
Josh: Ouch!
TV Guide Magazine: Your llama, Polka Spot, has developed quite the fan base, huh?
Josh: She and I have a love-hate relationship. But her career has been expanding. She's Tweeting from the red carpet now.
Brent: She has more Facebook friends than I do. Which is sad, since she doesn't have fingers.
TV Guide Magazine: So how did a former Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia exec and a retired drag queen end up together?
Brent: We met 11 years ago online. I would like to go on record that I never knew Josh when he was a drag queen. Otherwise this would be a completely different story.
TV Guide Magazine: Reality shows can be relationship killers. How do you avoid becoming The Real Housewives of Beekman Farm?
Brent: [Laughs] We're still filming, so we don't know if we stay together or not.
