"Gossip Girl" actor Matthew Settle says he and co-star Kelly Rutherford hope to work on a movie. At a dinner thrown by Veronica Bulgari for the Italian jeweler and luxury goods retailer's new fragrance, Mon Jasmin Noir, he said, "Kelly and I get on so well, we are now talking about doing a movie together." Other guests at Wednesday's dinner held in a room transformed into an Italian garden at the Bowery Hotel included Golden Globe-winning producer Celine Rattray and Alina Cho.
