{alltv} TV Ratings: ACM Awards secure win for CBS

CBS won the night with its broadcast of the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton. While it didn't give the network much of a boost -- CBS was down from last week -- it did give it the win on an otherwise very soft TV night.

CBS won the night (12.2 million and a 7.4 rating/12 share). ABC came in second (8.3 million, 5.1/8), NBC in third (6.5 million, 4.1/7) and FOX in fourth (4.0 million, 2.4/4).

CBS won the 18-49 demo with a 2.9 rating, followed by ABC (2.2), NBC (2.1) and ABC (1.8).
