Well, it seems as if Jillian Michaels' wishes are all coming true. This is her last season on "The Biggest Loser" and she's in the process of adopting a child, but she has also been throwing it out there that she'd love to have a daytime gig and now she has two.
"The Doctors" announces that Michaels will be joining as a co-host on the medical advice talk show and she'll serve as a correspondent for the "Dr. Phil" show. Both shows are distributed by CBS Television Distribution.
"I could not be more excited about joining such an amazing show! My greatest passion is helping people live their healthiest, happiest lives by empowering them with information and support," says Michaels.
While the physical trainer and author doesn't have an MD like the other hosts, she'll be covering "wellness, prevention, and lifestyle dynamics in addition to other health-related issues," according to the release.
When Zap2it spoke to Michaels, she told us she was interested in doing a talk show, among other things, in which she could develop a fuller relationship with her fans.
Congrats, Jillian!
