Restaurateur Donatella Arpaia is pregnant. The Anthos and Donatella creator and judge on the Food Network's "Iron Chef America" and "The Next Iron Chef," with her hubby Dr. Allan Stewart, showed off a small bump at the James Beard Awards -- the Oscars of the food world -- Monday night, telling fellow guests it was her unborn baby's "official coming-out party." Arpaia and Stewart, a top cardiologist at Columbia Presbyterian, wed at The Plaza on May 2. Arpaia's reps didn't get back to us.
