Jennifer Lopez has a famously fab figure, but she still gets insecure about showing skin.
The American Idol host and mother of two sat with E! News yesterday to discuss her new album Love?, and she admitted she seriously ramps up her workouts before shooting music videos that show off her stomach:
"You can hide a lot with good clothes, but when you're doing a video, you really can't because the clothes get smaller!" she told E! yesterday in L.A., at her album release party. "It's like all the sudden my stomach's out. Oh no!"
She then turns to the same trainer a ton of Hollywood's hot bodies use: Tracy Anderson. Only she steps her workouts up to six times a week. Woah.
The mom of twins Emme and Max says her kids are already natural performers like their parents: Emme is a dancer, while Max loves to sing.
As for whether she and Marc Anthony want to have any more bambinos, J. Lo's definitely open to the idea.
"We love our family and we always think about expanding it," she explained, adding: "If it happens, nobody will be happier than me!"
