The night before Paz de la Huerta went before a Manhattan judge, she was partying at SoHo lounge SubMercer. Then again, the party involved coloring books and Tonka trucks. The actress went to the eighth birthday of her godson Fulano Librizzi, a k a DJ Arson, a protegé of DJ Cassidy. The venue included a stripper pole that the kids used to pretend they were in a firehouse. Huerta, 26, left the party early enough to be at Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday morning, where she was going to plead guilty to second-degree harassment for a boozy March scuffle at a hotel bar. But her plea has been put off until July 28 so she can be evaluated for alcohol counseling, reports The Post's Laura Italiano. De la Huerta told Page Six after her court appearance, "I'm very happy to put this case behind me. The next season of 'Boardwalk Empire' is going to be great."
