Is Rose ("Charmed") McGowan moving on to another big Hollywood hitter -- producer Ryan Kavanaugh? The two were spotted chatting closely at hot LA club Trousdale last week. McGowan called off her engagement to director Robert Rodriguez last year and previously canceled her two-year-engagement to Marilyn Manson. Kavanaugh, who runs Relativity Media and has raised nearly $10 billion in movie financing, has been dating dancer Britta Lazenga. But McGowan's rep said, "They are good friends and have known each other for a long time."
