Judging "American Idol" isn't the only judging Kara DioGuardi has been doing lately. She recently helped choose the brand new Folgers coffee jingle.
Submissions poured in from all over the country and five finalists were selected to perform live in New York City. The winners were the Ethan Thompson Band from Missoula, MT. They receive $25,000 and a chance to appear in a future Folgers commercial.
Kara tells Zap2it, "I'm pretty impressed with them. I think they were really, really good. They have an opportunity to inject their personalities into the jingles before they get to the old part, 'the best part of wakin' up' part, and I really liked the way the contestants did that."
