LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Disney XD has ordered a second season of its top-rated series, "Kick Buttowski -- Suburban Daredevil," which will return next spring. "Kick," following the exploits of a pint-sized daredevil, debuted in February and became the most-watched show on the boy-oriented basic cable channel, averaging 679,000 viewers.
