BILL Clinton hosted CBS' Katie Couric and CNN's Wolf Blitzer at his table at Nobu at the One & Only Cape Town Hotel Sunday night, when he wasn't table-hopping to greet former Irish prime minister Mary Robinson and Nelson Mandela's wife, Graca Machel. Also at Nobu was IMG chairman Teddy Forstman -- without Padma Lakshmi -- surrounded by South African beauties as well as Kerzner Entertainment president Jerry Inzerillo and his wife, Prudence Solomon.
