Former Bachelor star Jason Mesnick and wife Molly Malaney Mesnick are already raising "Superman" – his 5-year-old son Ty – but another superhero is likely in the cards for the couple.
"At some point we'll have kids," Mesnick told PEOPLE. "These last two years have been busy and right now it's just been us being ourselves at home."
After meeting on The Bachelor, Mesnick, 33, and Malaney, 25, wed in an outdoor ceremony in March in unusual circumstances – there was torrential downpour and a tsunami warning!
"It's been a really fun couple of years but it's time to be us," he said while attending Jesse Csincsak's and Ann Lueders weekend wedding in Las Vegas. "It's been crazy, and not just the TV stuff. We've changed jobs and sold a house. Obviously, Molly moved up to Seattle and then we got married this year. So, now we're getting adjusted."
One person who is having no trouble adjusting, though is Ty, according to his dad. "He's like Superman. He's a super sports kid – sports and Wii, those are his things right now," says Mesnick. "Our life is being ruled by a 5-year-old right now, but it's awesome."
