Fast National ratings for Monday, Sept. 27, 2010
The second Monday the TV season saw every new show take a dip in the ratings, while "Dancing With the Stars" actually improved some in total viewers leading ABC to a big win for the night.
"Mike & Molly" held up the best of the newcomers, falling by a little over a million viewers and two tenths of a point in adults 18-49 compared to last week. "Hawaii Five-0" lost about 1.5 million viewers, while "The Event" was down by about 2 million people. FOX's "Lone Star" didn't make any sort of comeback either.
ABC led the night with 18.5 million viewers and an 11.8 rating/18 share in households. CBS (11.15 million, 6.9/11) came in second. FOX (6.92 million, 4.2/6) and NBC (6.89 million, 4.1/6) finished in a dead heat for third place, while The CW (1.9 million, 1.3/2) was off slightly from last week.
The Alphabet also won the adults 18-49 demographic with a 4.3 rating. CBS grabbed second with a 3.7. FOX's 2.5 was good enough for third, beating out NBC's 2.3. The CW scored a 1.0 in the demo.
