THAT after "Dancing with the Stars" wrapped, dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy was seen enjoying free time at RdV with brother Val and friends, and without a new blonde he's been rumored to be spending time with -- but who is not his ex-dance partner Erin  Andrews.
