Alexis Neiers, who recently served 30 days in jail for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's home, has been arrested again, this time for possession of black-tar heroin, according to reports.
The star of E!'s Pretty Wild was reportedly found with an unspecified amount of heroin in her purse and a fake Florida driver's license at her Los Angeles-area home on Tuesday after probation officers paid her a visit.
Neiers, 19, could face significant time in prison if she's found in violation of probation.
Neiers's attorney wasn't immediately available for comment.
