David James Elliott will return to CSI: NY, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
The 50-year-old JAG alum will reprise the role of FBI Agent Russ Josephson, the ex-husband of Sela Ward's Jo. In the first episode, which aired Jan. 7, the former flames definitely showed a possibility of rekindling those old sparks.
Russ returns in an episode slated for April to support Jo, who is dealing with a family situation, and to help Mac (Gary Sinise) with a murder investigation.
