Not every superstar was in Las Vegas ringing in the new Year with Jay-Z.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were far away from that scene. So where was the couple and what did we catch them doing? Read on to find out...

Timberlake and Biel, who've been together for four years, rang in the New Year at the Yellowstone Club, a private ski and golf community in Big Sky, Montana. We're told they were there for about a week with a group of about ten friends and family members.

According to a source, the couple mostly kept to themselves. "Justin is a good snowboarder," the source. said "He was on the slopes all the time, but Jessica didn't snowboard as often as he did."

Timberlake's ex Cameron Diaz was one of the celebs to hit Sin City with her beau Alex Rodriguez. But the weekend wasn't all about partying for the lovey dovey couple. Diaz was spotted helping A-Rod pick out ties while shopping at Tom Ford.

Soccer stud David Beckham and wife Victoria spent the holiday with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in Napa Valley. The two famous families enjoyed a two-hour private jeep tour around the Safari West Wildlife Preserve on New Year's Eve day "David looked really excited when they got to the giraffes, showing them to his kids," an eyewitness said.

After a day of fun, the Beckhams along with Ramsay and wife Tana had an adults-only dinner at the French Laundry resataurant.

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits jetted south of the border to celebrate New Year's at Casa Dorada Resort in Cabo San Lucas. The couple spent several days lounging poolside and at the beach before the hotel's Barefoot Formal NYE Bash, where Dancing With the Stars' pros Karina Smirnoff, Louis Van Amstel and Anna Trebunskaya also celebrated with lots of—what else?—dancing.

On New Year's Day, we spotted newly engaged Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon and talent agent Jim Toth having a late breakfast at Hugo's in West Hollywood. They chatted with another couple before taking a corner table at the back of the restaurant.
