Just because Scarlett Johansson and Jason Sudeikis are both newly single, it doesn't mean they are rushing into romance with each other.
Despite recent reports stating that the actress, 26, was on a date with January Jones's ex-boyfriend Sudeikis, a rep for Johansson says the dinner was not romantic.
"Scarlett is not dating Jason nor is she dating anyone for that matter," her rep tells PEOPLE of the rumored double date with Sudeikis, 35, and his former SNL cast mate Will Forte. "It was just a friendly outing amongst friends."
Johansson and her husband Ryan Reynolds announced their separation last month, and filed for divorce shortly thereafter. They wed in Sept. 2008.
