Nothing says staying sober like dating the cover girl of Cali Chronic X magazine.

But that's the case, as Sheen has decamped from his stay-at-home rehab (and Major League viewing parties) to fly to the Bahamas with his new ladylove, his other new ladylove...and his ex-wife.

Wait, what?!

Sheen left Los Angeles yesterday with new girlfriend Natalie "Natty Baby" Tenly, best known for being named the aforesaid pot-happy publication's "The Official Chronic Girl 2010." And joining them for their little getaway: Sheen's other lady of the moment, porn star Bree Olsen, and Sheen's ex-wife (and current houseguest) Brooke Mueller.

Sounds like an awesome vacay.

Actually, not quite.

While calling in to The Alex Jones Show earlier today, Sheen revealed that Mueller was no longer partaking in the festivities.

"Let me just say this, and this is all I'm going to say about this. Where there were four, there are now three," he said matter-of-factly. "Goodbye, Brooke. Good luck in your travels. You're going to need it. Badly."

Guess we'll just focus our attention on the others, then. OK, where were we? Oh yeah.

Tenly and Sheen have been dating for about three months, and has been his "main" girlfriend, although he has partied with others (most notably Olsen and fellow X-rated actress Capri Anderson), according to Tenly's boss.

"Natalie is our premiere model for our magazine and a very good friend," Cali Chronic X coeditor Jeffrey Peterson exclusively tells E! News. "We just think the world of her. We're happy for her relationship, and we wish the best for them.

"We're babysitting Natalie and Charlie's dog right now," adds Peterson. "It's essentially her dog, but she's Charlie's girl, so it's their dog." The dog, named Betsey Johnson, is a Labrador-pit-bull mix.

As for Mueller, she has remained close to Sheen—at least up until this trip—since their split last year (their divorce was just finalized this month) and recently moved back in to his home with their twins. The move is temporary—Sheen invited them to stay while he purchases a nearby house for Mueller and the kids to reside in. Their twins, Bob and Max, who turn 2 next month, remained at Chez Sheen with their battery of nannies while their parents headed to the islands.

Sources close to Sheen say that the Bahamas trip will be brief. His publicist today confirmed Sheen will resume work on Two and a Half Men next Tuesday.
