Zap2it was at the taping and while we won't tell you any of the judges' comments pertaining to a specific contestant (we don't want to spoil all the fun), but here are a few things to know: Whenever the judges are divided, it's always Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez vs. Randy Jackson. Also, Randy will do a lot of name-dropping, comparing some of the girls to Kelly Clarkson, Amy Winehouse, Florence + the Machine and the late Michael Jackson.

The contestants who got the loudest applause were Lauren Alaina, Karen Rodriguez, Pia Toscano and Thia Megia. One of the ladies scored the season's first standing ovation from the judges and was told it will go down as one of "Idol's" best performances ever.
Executive producer Nigel Lythgoe tweeted, "Just rehearsing the girls. The boys set a great standard on Friday but at least 6 of the girls are just as strong. Every week will be tough!"
