David Leisure -- best known as First Krishna from "Airplane!" and famous commercial character Joe Isuzu -- has filed for divorce from his wife Patricia ... TMZ has learned.
Leisure -- who also starred in the 80s sitcom "Empty Nest" -- cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
In the court docs, Leisure asks that his ex be denied spousal support.
The couple married in 1997 and separated in 2004. They have no children together.
