Less than a week after she left the American version of The X Factor, Simon Cowell has decided not to bring back Cole to the original British show as a judge. When Simon announced the lineup of new judges for next season of his hit show, Cole's name was not on the list...
The British pop star reportedly left The X Factor in the middle of the audition process because she wasn't meshing very well with Paula Abdul, and there were apparently some concerns about Cole's thick accent. Former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger is filling in on the judging panel in place of Cole.
There are rumors that the drama between Cowell and Cole after she was dropped from The X Factor on this side of the pond was too intense to bring her back to the original series. Or it could be a decision entirely on her part. Either way, the judges table for the U.K. X Factor announced today was sans Cole, and it includes Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland, singer-songwriter Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and N-Dubz member Tulisa Contostavious.
