Jessica Szohr is leaving New York for good after being axed from "Gossip Girl." She was overheard telling friends as she dined at Flex Mussels on West 13th Street that she's planning to live in LA permanently at the new pad she bought in March. She'll be leaving behind her ex, Ed Westwick, who will remain in the CW show. While Jessica toasted the move with friends, her former castmate Penn Badgley was grabbing a late dinner with "Desperate Housewives" star Shawn Pyfrom in NoLIta.
