Tyler Posey and Crystal Reed may soon be making headlines once reserved for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
The up-and-coming actors are hot, young and starring as each other's love interest in MTV's sexy new series Teen Wolf—so it was only a matter of time before those romance rumors popped up.
So are Posey and Reed pulling a Robsten by actually dating in real life?
"We're really close," Reed smiled when we chatted with her and Posey while promoting the show's series premiere (June 5 at 11 p.m.).
"We're great friends," Posey, 19, chimed in.
"With benefits," added Reed. "Just kidding."
While we're still not sure about their real-life relationship status, the two definitely have plenty of sexy onscreen time together.
"It was funny because we had to film this makeout scene," Reed said. "And we had to do it over and over and over and over...And they were like, 'Third base! Act like you're going to third base!' And we were like, 'Third base is not what we're doing..."
But it's not like all that lip-locking is uncomfortable for the maybe-an-item actors.
"We're totally fine doing it," Reed said. "It's not awkward."
But Posey and Reed aren't the only Teen Wolf stars swapping spit for the camera.
"I'm familiar with the inside of Colton [Hanes'] mouth," laughed Holland Roden, who plays popular girl Lydia in the show. "Jackson and Lydia, PDA is kind of our specialty."
