Jeremy Piven was ready to leave his own entourage for the company of Australian model Cheyenne Tozzi Tuesday night. He chatted up comely Tozzi, who's been compared to Elle Macpherson, on the red carpet at the Beacon Theatre and at the after-party at the American Museum of Natural History. Tozzi and Piven parted ways at the after-after- party at PH-D at the Dream Downtown, where he arrived with a group and left after an hour. Piven left behind Adrian Grenier, a slim Jerry Ferrara and Kevin Connolly, who reminisced with doorman Alex Julian about the time Julian denied him and 10 friends entry into Hamptons club Pink Elephant.
