It's a girl for Treme's Jim True-Frost! The actor and his wife Cora welcomed a daughter, Phoebe Sylvia Rachel, on Saturday, Aug. 27. Delivered via c-section at 9:32 a.m., baby Phoebe weighs 7 lbs., 3 oz. and joins big brother Leo, 2½.
"Cora and Phoebe are both doing great," True-Frost, 45, tells PEOPLE. "We could not be happier."
Best know for his role on The Wire, the actor has also recently appeared on Blue Bloods and Law & Order: SVU, while Cora is a law professor at Syracuse University.
