Pack your bags! "Where in the World is Matt Lauer?" will take off once again.
The Today show is planning to resurrect the segment, TVNewser reports.
NBC will likely bring it back in November, according to the site. This will be the 10th installment of the popular travel segment, and the network reportedly plans to brand it as a 10th anniversary edition.
"Where in the World is Matt Lauer " has been on hiatus since May 2008. Back then, NBC said it wasn't the right time to go globetrotting because of the economic recession.
During the segment, which kicked off in 1998, Lauer visits a different city or location across the world every day for a week — usually during sweeps.
