{alltv} TV ratings: 'Hell's Kitchen' serves up a Monday win for FOX

Fast National ratings for Monday, Aug. 15, 2011

"Hell's Kitchen" cooked up some of its best ratings of the summer on Monday, carrying FOX to an across-the-board win for the night. Week two of "Bachelor Pad," meanwhile, slipped a little bit from last week's premiere, but was up compared to last year.

FOX led the night with 6.4 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/6 share in households. ABC (5.5 million, 3.9/6) beat out CBS (5 million, 3.3/5) for second place. NBC came in fourth with just over 4 million viewers and a 2.7/4. The CW was way back with just 510,000 viewers and a 0.4/1.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, FOX's 2.6 rating led by nearly a full point over ABC's 1.7. CBS drew a 1.4, while neither NBC (0.9) nor The CW (0.2) managed to get above the 1.0 mark.
