Fast national ratings for Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011.
The NFL pre-season continues apace and Sunday night's match-up between the Oakland Raiders and the New Orleans Saints led the evening's ratings in both viewers and the 18-49 demographic. NBC averaged 7.3 million viewers for the evening with a 4.5 rating/7 share in households.
ABC followed with 6 million viewers and 3.6/6. CBS (5.9 million, 3.8/6) was next. FOX came in last with a low-ish 2.3 million viewers (1.4/2).
In the adults 18-49 demographic, the order was the same: NBC led with 2.5, followed by ABC (1.5), CBS (1.4) and FOX (1.1).
