Susan Boyle can't catch a break. The "Britain's Got Talent" runner-up was set to perform on the Sept. 8 episode of its stateside spin-off, but then singer Lou Reed banned her from singing his hit "Perfect Day."
Apparently nothing else in her repertoire felt right.
TMZ reports that "America's Got Talent" producers asked for Reed's permission -- only to be denied on the grounds of Reed just not being a SuBo fan.
Boyle was apparently so upset by the news, she left the set in tears and headed straight to Los Angeles International Airport for a flight back to the U.K.
And the Scottish Girls go doo do doo do doo do do doo...
