Fast National ratings for Monday, Sept. 6, 2010
The first new shows of the 2010-11 season roll out this week, but the broadcast networks pretty much took Labor Day off (only ABC had more than an hour of original programming). CBS' reruns got more eyeballs than anyone else's.
CBS drew 6.1 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/6 share in households Monday night. NBC (5 million, 3.2/5) narrowly beat ABC (4.8 million, 3.1/5) for second place. FOX came in fourth with 3.3 million viewers and a 2.1/3. The CW (709,000, 0.5/1) was a non-factor.
ABC and CBS tied for the lead among adults 18-49 with 1.7 ratings. NBC scored a 1.3 in the demographic, followed by FOX, 1.0, and The CW, 0.3.
