Raising Sextuplets dad Bryan Masche is a free man – if he behaves himself.
The reality star, who got into an altercation with his wife Jenny on Sept. 11, avoided a jail sentence in a plea deal with prosecutors announced in court Thursday.
According to a Camp Verde, Ariz., court official, Masche pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor domestic violence charges: threatening and intimidating, and disorderly conduct.

His guilty plea will keep him out of jail and out of court for the next 12 months as long as he remains "a law-abiding citizen and complete domestic violence counseling and parenting classes," the court official tells PEOPLE.
But, says the official, if Masche fails to complete his requirements, he could be sent to jail for his guilty pleas.
