Liza Minnelli said she'd be in London during the royal wedding. But she apparently didn't make the guest list for the nuptials, even though, she says, she has close ties to the British monarchy. "I know all of them," Minnelli told us at the Friars Club in New York. "I've sang for all of them."

Minnelli kept a stiff upper lip when it came to missing William and Kate's guest list, which included fellow diva Sir Elton John as well as David and Victoria Beckham, Guy Ritchie and Joss Stone. "There will be enough people there," Minnelli told us.
