No, Oprah hasn't returned already.
Instead, we're referring to High School Musical character Sharpay Evans, who is back with the made-for-TV movie Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure. The Disney project, which was filmed in Toronto, airs across Canada on the Family Channel on Friday, May 27.
Snooty Sharpay, played by Ashley Tisdale, was the main villain in the first two High School Musical movies. But the character was softened in the third instalment, and now, in Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, she's the protagonist.
A casting director spots Sharpay performing with her dog, Boi, at a charity gala and offers to arrange an audition for a new Broadway musical. Sharpay's dreams are scuttled when she discovers the Broadway role really is for Boi, not her.
The question is whether Sharpay will be supportive of her dog, or return to her selfish ways.
